Chiffon cake - I believe it is many Asians' all time favourite cake. It is light, soft and fluffy and perfectly suitable for teas with or without guest.
My son's favourite cake is Pandan Chiffon and being born as a Malaysian, this cake has indeed brought back some childhood memory. Orange is another flavour that reminds me of my mum. I have also tried a few other flavours and will continue to explore more.
